Liberty Financial

For many years Liberty Financial was a lender known only to mortgage brokers (who had exhausted all other lending options), the challenge for brokers was that they then needed to ‘sell in’ an unknown brand to their clients.
We embarked on a new positioning strategy and campaign that aimed to move the brand more towards the mainstream with a strong benefit embedded in the logo.
This lead to rapid business growth and a brand that could be used for both B2C and B2B.

Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries NSW
Many people consider cemeteries as creepy, sad places that are best to avoid. Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries NSW want to change that.
As land managers of two of Sydney’s largest cemeteries they saw the need to invite the community in to reconsider these large community and environmental assets. With extensive gardens and views over the ocean the cemeteries provide habitat for wildlife and can be used for exercise and other activities. The ongoing challenge, especially in densely populated areas is for cemeteries to create new burial grounds.

The Lowy Institute
Shane Delonix was commissioned to create a series of intriguing book covers for the Lowy Institute for International Policy.
The Lowy Institute invests heavily on creating original research and content that is then distributed to news organisations as well as government departments.
Having well designed, engaging covers makes the white papers appear more readable and also makes them collectable.


Mike Pero Mortgages
Mike Pero Mortgages was one of the first and is possibly the largest mortgage broking brands in New Zealand (similar to Aussie Home Loans in Australia).
The brand was built by ‘Mike Pero’ the man but needed to be shifted to a more contemporary brand that wasn’t totally reliant on the personality of the founder who was no longer part of the business.
